01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the az444 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). az444 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated exclusively for players in the Bangladesh market, with all natural-language content and customer support provided in English.

By registering an account on az444, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the az444 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. az444 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. 18+
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited for personal use. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your location before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended az444 account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period on the az444 Platform or any affiliated platform.

az444 employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings accrued will be voided. Deposited funds may be returned to the originating payment method at az444's discretion after verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of az444 services — including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and the promotions centre — you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

3.1 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and cancellation of pending withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. az444 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify az444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account by contacting support via live chat.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

az444 is required to conduct identity verification checks on account holders. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the az444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). az444 does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad.
• Deposits via Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and supported bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) are subject to the minimum amounts displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your az444 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume.
• az444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on your payment account must match the name on your az444 account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• az444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed where az444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met. See Section 5 for details.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

az444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and meet any additional eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• az444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time it was credited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at az444 are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) that determines the total wager volume required before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and maximum withdrawal caps are all stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are displayed on the promotion page and in the terms associated with each bonus.
• Bets placed from a real-money balance do not count toward bonus wagering requirements unless the bonus has been activated and the real-money balance is exhausted.
• Attempting to place low-risk or hedge bets to exploit wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

az444 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to abuse promotions; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Accounts found to be involved in bonus abuse will be suspended and any bonus balances or winnings will be forfeited.

06 User Obligations

As a registered user of the az444 Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In addition, you expressly agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with the Platform or support team.
• Attempt to access or use another player's account without their knowledge and consent.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Use the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financially irregular activity.
• Exploit any technical error, bug, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a clear technical error are void and will be recovered by az444.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players or with platform staff.
• Post, transmit, or otherwise communicate any content that is defamatory, offensive, harassing, or otherwise harmful through any communication feature on the Platform.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms. az444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in breach, forfeit any bonus or promotional balances, and recover any winnings derived from the breach.

07 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the az444 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, brand name, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to az444. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence in respect of any intellectual property on the Platform beyond the limited right to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes as set out in these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the az444 Platform without express prior written permission from az444. Unauthorised use of az444's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also be a criminal offence.

Game content, graphics, and mechanics displayed on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights reserved by those providers.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, az444 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — in relation to the Platform and its services. In particular, az444 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
• Game outcomes are influenced in any way by factors other than the certified random number generators (RNGs) used by game providers.
• Information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

az444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: technical failures; delayed or failed transactions; incorrect odds due to technical errors; loss of winnings due to account suspension for Terms violations; or any third-party acts beyond az444's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits az444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by az444's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the permanent closure of your az444 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your primary withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

az444 supports responsible gaming through a self-exclusion programme. You may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion directly from your account dashboard or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. az444 will also endeavour to suppress any promotional communications to your registered contact details during the exclusion period.

9.3 az444-Initiated Suspension

az444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed underage registration.
• Possession of more than one az444 account.
• Abuse of bonus or promotional offers.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, az444 will aim to complete the investigation within 30 days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. az444 operates as an international online gaming platform and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally accessible in any specific jurisdiction beyond those in which it actively markets its services.

In the event of a dispute between you and az444, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. The majority of account, payment, and bonus disputes can be resolved quickly and informally at this stage. Our support team is available 24/7 at Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith written negotiation before pursuing any other avenue. az444 will provide a formal written response to any escalated dispute within 14 days of receiving written notice.

az444 does not accept responsibility for any losses, delays, or service interruptions arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, government actions, or failures of third-party payment providers.
